We are proud to offer professional cleaning services. Each team member has been trained on every step of our detailed cleaning plans and went through extensive background checks. We respect all of our customers by not smoking, eating, drinking, or using appliances during home cleanings. We will wear a recognized uniform to make sure you have a peace of mind.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

No.  Based on our hours of operation we understand that you may not be home. Most customer leave a spare key. We do ask that in the event you will not be home payment is left on the counter to be collected.

What do you not clean?

  • Fireplaces

  • Toys

  • Your iron

  • Pet Feces 

  • Large areas of clutter

We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave so we leave all of the organizational task up to you.​

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment and supplies?

No. We will arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need. We need and take them with us when we leave. If you have a special request we asked that you then provide those supplies.

What if I need to reschedule a service?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We will try our best to work with your schedule. We recommend that if you need to reschedule a cleaning to give us 48  hours notice. In the event a notice is not received and we assign a team member to arrive, we access a $45 cancellation fee. 

What if my scheduled cleaning service falls on a holiday?

We do not work on major holiday's. 

  • New Year's Day and New Year's Eve.

  • Memorial Day.

  • Independence Day.

  • Labor Day.

  • Thanksgiving and the day after.

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas.


How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Customers are to pay  with debit/credit card or checks. 


Do your house cleaner accept tips?

While tips are not expected, we're allowed to accept them. You can also leave a review on our Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.


Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes. We just ask that if you have an aggressive put to place him/her in a gated area or outside.

Can I provide my team with special instructions?

Yes! In order to provide amazing service we encourage it.
